Co., Ltd. is an independent family-run company and specializing in export good quality products and goods safe for consumers by distributing and storing in accordance with the HACCP, GMP and Halal standard base controlled by Department of Fisheries, Myanmar. S.M.A.S Co., Ltd focuses on the export of dried prawn, dried fish maw, dried sea cucumber, dried squid, dried fish and salted fish to Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia & China with more than 20 years of experience.
Myo Thein Wholesale Center
S.M.AS. Co., Ltd was born from Myo Thein Wholesale Center which is one of the biggest wholesale centers of dried marine products in Bayintnaung wholesale market in Yangon, the largest trading hub in Myanmar for agricultural commodities such as beans and pulses, rice, onion, potato, and dried marine products. Myo Thein wholesale center is now led by the second-generation family members, has made a good name in the dried marine products trading industry in Myanmar. Myo Thein Wholesale Center has been operating daily in local trade of dried prawn, dried fish maw, dried fish, dried sea cucumber, salted & dried squid for more than 6 six decades. Both S.M.A.S Co., Ltd and Myo Thein Wholesale Center are situated at Bayintnaung Wholesale Center, Mayangone township, Yagon, Myanmar.
Myat Annawa Aung Co., Ltd
In 2014, S.M.A.S. Co., Ltd. expanded into logistics sector to strengthen its supply chain and founded Myat Annawa Aung Co., Ltd and set up a HACCP certified processing & coldstorage factory for frozen & dried marine products located at Shwe Lin Pan industrial zone, Hlaing Tharyar Township, Yangon. The factory has two blast freezer, one plate freezer & one contact freezer for frozen products and two heat pump dryers & color sorter machine for dried products and 4,000MT capacity storage of cold room. Both S.M.A.S Co., Ltd and Myat Annawar Aung Co.,Ltd are member of MPEA(Myanmar Fisheries Products Processor and Exporters Association).
